Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective training materials that enhance product knowledge among staff members, leading to increased close rates.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and effective brand positioning.
- Present compelling product demonstrations at industry conferences to generate significant interest from potential customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch support, implementing consistent quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate data on customer relationships to foster strong ties and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and educational materials to promote products and services within the community.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers and community members to drive long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in product /Service management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Experience in customer relationship management, including understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting product demonstrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with document management, reporting, and customer relations best practices.
