Tasks “independent and supportive”
- supporting the creative team in the development of creative concepts, campaigns and advertising measures
- creation of visual content for various media channels such as print, digital and social media.

Requirements “well-founded and willing to learn”
- completed studies in graphic design, communication design or a similar field.
- practical experience or internships in an advertising agency or similar environment.
- sound knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), FIGMA.
- initial digital expertise and a firm understanding of the use of analog/classical media
- creativity, a good aesthetic sense, a sense for the requirements of the healthcare business
- ability to work in a team and to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- communication skills and the ability to implement feedback constructively.
- awareness of goals and willingness to develop further
