IT Systems Administration:

• Manage and optimize IT systems that support enterprise-level applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems and platforms including, but not limited to, OKTA, JAMF, Jump Cloud, Netscape, and Crowd strike.

Infrastructure and Identity Management:

• Manage the integration of identity management solutions such as OKTA with AWS to enhance system security and user access management.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for identity management and system access issues.

AWS Management:

• Utilize your knowledge of AWS services and architecture to contribute to the maintenance and optimization of our cloud infrastructure.

System Security and Compliance:

• Apply Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools to monitor security risks and compliance with established policies.
• Develop and execute security remediation plans, including detailed assessments and resolution strategies.

Operational Excellence and Automation:

• Utilize automation tools such as Workato or Better Cloud for creating and managing automated workflows.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders to ensure system integrity and security.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency.

We are looking for:

• Strong skills in system management and troubleshooting across various technologies (e.g., OKTA, JAMF, Crowd strike).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an IT engineer, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT systems effectively.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS cloud services
• Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong communication and collaborative skills
• Experience in infrastructure as code and automation tools is desired.
