Your daily tasks include:
- Activ participation in R&D group;
- Supervision of new products validation (definition of raw materials, testing setup, scope of tests, evaluation of results, new tests proposals, etc);
- Continuous improvement of supporting factors, e.g., simulation tools and testing environment;
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution for ongoing programs and projects;
- Interaction with system & testing teams, customers and project management.
Your Background:
- Engineering degree (Chemical, Material Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical or similar;
- General work experience 5 years;
- Ability to speak, read and write English;
- Experience in automotive industry;
- Presentation skills;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

- Experience in automotive standards;
- Automotive industry experience;
- Material calculations, engineering cost estimations;
- Experience in leading of R&D projects;
- Cable and cable components production organization knowledge.
