Your Role:
- Coordination and supervision over innovative cables/materials development projects;
- Implementation and verification of Customer requirements into managed projects;
- Active participation in R&D Team;
- Timing definition and realization for innovative projects related to the cables/materials;
- Leading Advance Development Projects and implementation projects;
- Maintenance of project documentation;
- Review the product circle from the very beginning through prototyping to the serial production;
- Co-operate with all departments involved in development and production of automotive components;
- Collect, update and share experience from previous projects;
- Introducing quality system into daily work and work acc.to H&S rules and procedures;
- Coordination, maintenance and developing contacts with suppliers, customers and project leaders;
- Right scheduling and managing of work, prioritization of tasks and reporting performance to the Manager, on-time execution of assigned tasks;
- Support for particular project leaders/owners;
- Support for quotations, bizz-cases, risk assessments and planning for new development projects.
Your Background:
- M.Sc. Eng. Degree – preferably Material Engineering, Project Management or related;
- Knowledge of automotive processes and technologies;
- Knowledge of automotive OEMs requirement;
- Goal-oriented with good coordination skills;
- Very good command of English (spoken/written);
- Ability to travel internationally;
- Driving license “B”;
- Experience in Microsoft software;
- Ability to work as a team member.
