Position:
Mission:
The mission of the Industrial Engineer we are looking for is to work as a Project Manager in investments, development and maintenance projects of machines, automations, infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Investments
- Ensures Project Management of assigned investment projects, coordinating internal and external resources
- Prepares the business cases for investment approval
- Defines and develops new processes specifications and objectives (Machinery)
- Follows up the implementation of the new processes until the achievement in production of the targeted project goals
Developments
- Streamlines production processes through machinery optimization (Plastic injection molding)
- Optimizes existing processes, with a focus on improving performance and reducing waste through technical modifications.
Infrastructure – maintenance
- Collaborates to the definition of the plant layout
- Supports improvement actions in terms of safety of the production process and with a vision focused on continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with maintenance and production departments, maximizing the success of implemented projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years in project management in industrial companies
- Lean background
- Fluent English
- Structured thinking
