Your responsibilities:
- The full-cycle recruitment process
- Onboarding newcomers, support in their adaptation in the company, one-on-one meetings.
- Update the corporate CV.
- Building HR processes from scratch.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as HR or Recruiter in IT sphere.
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode with a large amount of information.
- A high level of responsibility, positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills.
- English level – Intermediate.
Nice to have:
- Tech awareness, understanding of IT specifics
- Experience as HR or Recruiter in IT sphere.
