Global Human Resources Department based in Rome, is looking for a HR Management Specialist for Italy, to also support Turkey.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manage and coordinate the set-up of employment contracts and other documents related to the Personnel after a compliance check with local laws, policies and procedures.
- Manage the hiring/termination process of employees including communications to internal and external Public Entities.
- Prepare candidate’s economical packages.
- Work closely with various Departments and Stores, offering a consultancy service to assist managers in the people management and deployment of HR Policies and Procedures.
- Manage, in collaboration with the HR Director, the headcount planning and analysis (Actual & Forecast).
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends both for internal and external clients.
- Manage the relationship with external legal advisors.
- Update the HR Information Systems, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage organizational charts and monitor Hiring Request flow.
- Maintain and manage projects and duties as assigned from the HR Director/HRBP.
Job responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Master’s degree, preferably in Laws or Economics
- Knowledge of national and international Labour Law
- Analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Fluency in English and Italian
