HR Labour Specialist

We are looking for an HR Labour Specialist for our branches in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) or Campogalliano (MO).

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE

  • Drafting of employment contracts (commitments, employment letters, extensions, transformations) and company regulations
  • Supervision of the preparation of recruitment documents and support in the negotiation of agreements and contracts
  • Drafting of dismissal letters, evaluation of incentives, litigation, disciplinary proceedings
  • Analysis, interpretation and application of the contractual and legal rules governing the employment relationship
  • Updating companies on new regulations
  • Support remuneration policies and assessment of possible cost-saving incentives
  • Participation and support for trade union meetings
  • Support activities in the procurement phase (cost analysis, assessment of legal risks), management of the change of contract

WHO YOU ARE

  • You hold a degree in Law or Master’s degree as Corporate Legal (Corporate Legal/Business Lawyer)
  • Professional qualification
  • You have 6 to 24 month of experience in similar roles
  • English proficency B2/C1
  • Available for national travels
