Responsibilities
- Recruiting of employees
- Advice and support of the employees
- Implementation of personnel measures subject to co-determination
- Cooperation with works council
- Implementation and contribution of new processes
- Development of excisting HR processes and tools
- Conception, support and planning of further training measures
- Handling administrative tasks
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration
- At least 2 year professional experience, engaged young professionals
- Professional experience in HR, labour law, works constitution law
- Very good English skills writen and spoken
- Outstanding communication- and integration skills
- Open-minded, teamplayer, very independent way of working
- Knowledge of MS-Office, SAP R/3 and Workday
