Being a key interface on behalf of Haleon with external organizations including Healthcare Organizations, Medical/Pharmaceutical Associations, External Experts etc.

Implement the local education strategy in line with brands activation strategy

Coordinate internal/external resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
-
Expert engagement activities:
-
establish and manage the relationship with KOL’s,
-
mapping of KOLs for the brand/category and gathering KOL insights on Haleon’s products;
-
organizing local (PL) advisory boards (content, objectives, speakers, attendees)
-
First HCP contact at congresses and symposia, briefing KOLs for congress and symposia presentations
-
Provides contracts for external (consultancy/speaker) activities with HCPs
-

Building networks with and working closely with stakeholders within global, regional and PL teams
-
Deliver international and local publications and congress posters within strategy of the product

Develop SOPs and Working Instructions to improve efficiency, quality and compliance in processes related to Expert Marketing

Develop training decks and provide training for commercial team about Haleon products and competitors.

Medical scientific input on Marketing projects and materials in collaboration with the Expert Lead & Marketing Lead
-
Ensure all Medical and Marketing projects, materials and presentations are compliant to with applicable law and Company policies

Ensure alignment with product strategies and drive execution timelines, ensure budget oversight and share metrics around deliverables and successes.

Delivering KPIs to measure success / improvement areas, and drives transparency through consistent communications.

University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

5 or more years of medical/expert/brand marketing experience in Consumer Products or Over-the-Counter (OTC) industry

Experience delivering insights-based medical communications

Experience in large scale new product launches; collaboration with global teams; delivering results in a matrix organization; ability to build strong internal networks and communicates across departments and functions to meet business objectives

Strong presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Goal oriented and strategic thinking; strong ownership, engagement & leadership skills

MS Office proficiency

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations in matrix structure

Advanced in English and Polish
