Job Description
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist in project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including email management and record keeping.
- Plan and coordinate events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Manage expense reporting and ensure accurate documentation and timely submission.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration or related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
