Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (preferably in Java or Python)
- 2+ years of engineering management experience
- A track record of recruiting and leading technical teams in a demanding talent market
- Rock solid engineering fundamentals
- Extremely strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
As a bonus:
- Experience in modern frontend technologies (React/Angular)
- Prior experience running high-performing engineering teams
- Proven experience with authoring roadmap documents and project plans
