Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, handle time, abandoned call rate, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Requirements :
- Strong English language skills (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Kannada/Malayalam languages is desirable but not essential.
