Your responsibilities:
- Prepare financial projections/models for purpose of financing, valuation and project viability assessment
- Provide analysis to support senior leadership in business planning and projects review
- Collaborate with senior management (incl. C-level) and key stakeholders (incl. private equity investors and lenders)
- Participate in financing process and M&A transactions
- Provide value-added business analysis
- Prepare presentations to review planning materials with senior management and key stakeholders
Our requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant corporate finance experience in investment bank or financial advisory firm, in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, valuations, due diligence, restructuring
- Significant financial modeling skills
- Deep practical knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles (familiarity with IFRS would be a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and work ethic
- Participation in CFA Program or ACCA would be a plus
