Sets the direction | Your commitment
  • Development and implementation of a continuous improvement program – based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology – within the global supply chain
  • Deployment Lead for all Lean Six Sigma projects within the supply chain
  • Functional management of all excellence teams and implementation of Lean Six Sigma best practices and tools to optimize processes
  • Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and promoting a corporate culture that demands and supports continuous improvement
  • Training and coaching of employees to give them in-depth knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools, problem analysis and solution
  • Support in the implementation of our company’s Agenda 2030 and supply chain strategy with a focus on the standardization of global processes and procedures. Coordination of all strategic initiatives and measurement of sustainable implementation

 

Convincing all along the line | Your profile
  • Completed business or technical studies or comparable qualification
  • Training to LSS (Master) Black Belt desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in the supply chain, production or logistics areas of industrial companies
  • Comprehensive know-how in Lean Six Sigma methodology, development and implementation of CI programs desirable
  • Confident appearance and moderation skills at all organizational levels
  • Goal-oriented leadership of teams even without disciplinary responsibility
