Your role:

Support product development by providing clinical examples, guidance for user requirements, intended use, indications, and contraindications.

Contribute to user profiles and scenarios for intended users and clinical environments.

Collaborate with Usability Engineering to refine use scenarios, understand clinical implications of use errors, and contribute to risk analysis.

Participate in product testing, usability, and clinical validation activities.

Develop and review clinical documentation for end-users.
-
Provide clinical insights for risk management and support for complaints and escalations requiring clinical expertise.

Develop and deliver clinical training strategies and content for new or updated patient monitoring products, supporting global field personnel and end-users.

Answer clinically oriented questions and serve as the primary clinical expert within Philips.
You are the right fit if:

You have a nursing qualification and 3+ years of clinical experience within the areas of anaesthesia and intensive care

You have an expertise on patient monitoring products and capabilities (Philips monitoring systems and solutions will be an asset)

You have an affinity for technology and are able to transfer the “care language” to engineersCustomer focused/Customer experience/Customer mindset
-
You have excellent English Language skills (other languages will be an asset)

You are willing to travel up to 10% internationally
