Business System Analyst

Job Description

  • Collecting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions,
  • Verifying and translating business needs and requirements into IT solution proposals,
  • Advising business partners in the search for optimal solutions,
  • Analysis of the organization’s business processes from the perspective of ongoing projects,
  • Cooperation with internal and external partners in software development,
  • Creation and updating of analytical documentation,
  • Supporting project participants in conducting business tests of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of English at an intermediate level,
  • Proven experience in a similar position,
  • Openness to change and ability to work within multi-threaded initiatives,
  • Commitment and initiative in solving complex business problems,
  • Higher education and willingness to continue seeking knowledge,
  • Ability to consciously use (read and create documentation) UML and BPMN notation,
  • Assertiveness and ability to cooperate effectively with both the business and IT side,
  • Building a relationship based on understanding of the needs and mutual respect for the business partner at different levels of management,
  • Proactive in sharing knowledge with the rest of the team,
  • Experience from participating in projects conducted in accordance with Waterfall as well as Agile.
