Business Analyst

APPLY IF:

• you have several years of experience in banking or fintech projects,
• you have experience in business and systems analysis,
• you know UML, BPMN,

• you have a good command of spoken and written English.

YOUR DAILY TASKS:

• collecting and analyzing business requirements from customers or internal stakeholders such as management, project teams or external IT service providers,  
• developing business processes and optimizing them to ensure efficiency and improve the company’s performance, 
• creating functional documentation to ensure understanding of business requirements for the project team,  
• implementing processes and tools that improve the efficiency and quality of work of project teams,  
• analytical support at the stages of designing, producing and testing IT systems.
