Description of duties
- Supporting Sales Leaders with analytical reports, results of monitoring international markets, customer needs, trends, presenting recommendations
- Business project profitability analysis
- Analysis of customer business needs and expectations
- Creating analytical documentation, requirements specifications and reports
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing new solutions
- Ongoing cooperation with the Management Board, Business Development Department, Finance, IT, Operations and Medical Departments
- Direct contact with international clients in English
- Monitoring markets and analyzing the results of implemented solutions
- Conducting presentations for internal teams and international clients
Requirements and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of international healthcare and life science markets
- Ability to independently conduct market research
- Fluent communication in English (C1) as a prerequisite
- Knowledge of analytical tools, e.g. Power BI, ability to expand BI reports
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and create recommendations for sales leaders
- Meticulousness in preparing reports, summaries and documentation
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes and your work
- Ease in working with people from different teams, at different job levels, especially with sales leaders
- Presentation and communication skills
- High proactivity and high commitment
