The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you play a pivotal role in creating and analyzing data and reporting, conducting process analysis, process documentation, and supporting the Risk Operations teams with operational improvements and reporting needs. You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. This includes the following key responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Gather and analyze data for business cases and other ad hoc purposes
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and processes
- Obtain, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
- Escalate needs for deeper analysis or specialized attention to the Center of Excellence or Risk Office.
- Work collaboratively with the Risk Ops teams to standardize reporting across teams
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to the Risk Ops management team
- Be a collaborative team player environment, ensuring that we are working effectively together

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience in risk management and business process analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Salesforce, etc. Experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools is meriting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
