  • The ideal candidate should be responsible for Overall Shop In charge, overall Shop Productivity & Manpower Absenteeism Management & Identifying Key Improvements for major Volume Upgradation & Improve overall efficiency of the manufacturing plant .
    • Capacity & Manpower planning for the organization in line with Business (AOP) plan requirements
    • Daily production Targets Achievements
    • Defining manpower requirement & Manpower Absenteeism Reduction & OT Reduction
    • New Manpower Training and Deployment in line
    • Organizing Daily Meeting with Key Role Dept. (Quality & Safety & PMT Activity Upgradation daily)
    • In house Process Improvements validation
    • Manpower Multiskilling & Development towards (L1, L2, L3)
    • Ensure Safe work Environment & Fatigue Free Work Stations & Zero Safety Incident & Near miss
    • Ensure Material Follow up For the Weekly Intend & Ensure smooth Flow of Operations
    • Machine Breakdown To be Addressed and Aligned with PMT Team for Speedy Recovery
    • IR Related Issues Handling & to be Solved within Team
    • Unionized People handling methodology & Grievances Solving
    • Quality Targets to be defined FTQ with Each Cell / Shift In charges (Allowable: – 2 Defects/day)
    • Rework Reduction & Kaizens Improvement through SIAT Concepts (Target 5 / month)
    • Cost Reduction Activities (Yearly target 25L / Per Year)
    • Inventory Control maintain Optimum Level
    • Ensure Shop Flor 5S
    • Line Balancing
    • Operator Efficiency Measurements
    • Productivity Targets & KPI measurements
    • OEE measuring for manufacturing productivity
    • Identification of Production levelling reducing production wastes in the form of capital costs, manpower, and production lead time, to the barest minimum
  • Qualifications
    • Qualification : BE Mechanical engineering
    • Experience : 12 to 16 years of experience in machine shop / Assembly Shop
    • Strong knowledge in Manufacturing Process
    • Hands on experience in time study & motion study
    • Critical thinking skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Strong in communication and team work
    • Strong in presentation skills
    • Strong in manpower Handling & Absenteeism Management in Shop Floor
    • Strong in Budget Handling & New Capex Requirement in Shop Floor
