You will work in the “Performance Advertising / Appcast” department and, through your strategic consulting approach, will acquire and further develop new customers for the “Appcast” product.

Your tasks
- You acquire new customers for Appcast and inspire them with your strategic consulting approach.
- You advise your clients on the management of programmatic recruiting campaigns and always keep the client’s strategic development in mind.
- You are motivated by the analysis of recruiting metrics as well as the independent derivation and implementation of necessary measures to ensure sales and company goals are achieved.
- You network with relevant stakeholders within the Stepstone organization and represent the strategic approach of the Appcast Germany business line.
- As a Trusted Advisor, you create individual offers with the aim of providing the best possible customer experience.
