Engineer – Solar Design

Your passion

• You design utility scale Solar projects, at a preliminary or detailed level, using industry-standard software;
• You define technical parameters and specifications for the main components and ensure the compliance with industry codes;
• You review technical drawings prepared by the design team and external providers;
• You work in collaboration with cross business teams;
• You support the preparation of post-construction documentation;
• You provide expertise during project implementation, both remotely and on site.

Your qualification

• You have a master’s degree in electrical engineering;
• You have professional experience of several years in the photovoltaic industry in a relevant position;
• You are an expert in working with design software such as PVSyst, AutoCad, PVcase, CYMCAP, etc.;
• Your experience in sizing and selection of electrical components (cables, transformers, etc.) will be considered an advantage;
• You are fluent in English, ideally are speaking German and additional languages would be an asset;
• Your possible experience in solar construction processes (as a site manager or a technical auditor) will be considered an asset.
