The role:
- Order and follow-up of resupplies of broken parts, according to the procedure in force;
- To ensure customer information during on-site interventions, by establishing relationships of trust with customers;
- Provide sales support, informing customers of new products and supporting sellers with information collected on site;
- Provide a detailed report of the’intervention to the customer on site and update the CP/S system (invoicing);
- Understand and apply QHSE procedures at Honeywell.
