Field Service Technician

Your tasks

• Service, maintenance and calibrations, including diagnoses and repairs of errors in electrical and mechanical devices as well as HVAC systems;
• Support in the implementation of software products and digitization;
• Preparation for small projects (e.g. B. Recording of the system, sketches);
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct contact with the customer on site, e.g. Appointments, reporting on work performed;
• Detect and report potential errors, malfunctions and other opportunities for improvement;
• Creation and maintenance of site-specific documentation on site as well as internal documentation and compliance with standard work instructions, HSE and quality guidelines.

Your profile

• Completed technical (vocational) training, ideally HTL with a focus on electrical engineering, and / or FH in the field of HVAC as well as a comparable qualification;
• Ideally, however, not necessary professional experience, preferably in the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, security and access control systems;
• Pronounced skills in the context of technical error analysis;
• Communication-strong personality with a safe demeanor and pronounced customer, service and result orientation;
• Independent, proactive and structured way of working;
• Availability to meet on-call services;
• Valid class B driving license;
• Microsoft Office knowledge;
• Very good spoken and written German language skills;
• English language skills are an advantage.
