Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new STEM products, from concept to production, specifically targeting K-12 education.
- Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to ensure products meet educational standards and learning objectives.
- Innovatively teach K-12 students with real-life experiences.
- Utilize microcontroller boards like Arduino and other robotics platforms to create educational kits and projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one programming language, preferably Python or C++. Knowledge of other languages like Java and JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in STEM education, robotics, and product development.
- Display a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies and teaching methods.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in teaching and product development, preferably within the education, robotics, or STEM fields.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming and robotics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to product design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
