Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective training materials that enhance product knowledge among staff members, leading to increased close rates.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and effective brand positioning.
  • Present compelling product demonstrations at industry conferences to generate significant interest from potential customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch support, implementing consistent quality control measures.
  • Maintain accurate data on customer relationships to foster strong ties and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and educational materials to promote products and services within the community.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and community members to drive long-term business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in product /Service management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, including understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting product demonstrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with document management, reporting, and customer relations best practices.
