Job Description
What you’ll do
- Execute advanced analytics, e.g., spend dashboard
- Collaboratively assist category management and business sourcing teams in end-to-end sourcing process
- Implement sourcing best practices, e.g., lean standard work, systems configuration/setup, training modules
- Take part in the execution of the vision and strategy of Category Management
- Work on special initiatives
- Strong cooperation with Vernova Analytics
- Create/ maintain the report environment
- Track the Savings and Spend related KPIs, and work proactively towards the targets
- Own sourcing specific, processes, and tools. Reviews regularly and provides improvement ideas for standard processes.
- Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, or equivalent consulting experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills (spend analytics, should-cost analysis, market R&I)
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
What will make you stand out
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering
- Collaborative mindset in working across functional areas
- Lean / six-sigma experience
- Highly proactive
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in Tableau, Smartsheet
- Working knowledge of ERP/ SSS systems
