Our Internship Program is a 6 or 12 month internship that provides a unique opportunity to learn about the specifics of work in the dynamic FMCG industry, a chance to gain valuable experience, test your own skills and get a taste of responsibility for an entrusted project. During the internship, participants gain experience working alongside real experts.
Your scope of duties:
Ongoing analysis of market and business data
Daily support from the trade marketing team
Close cooperation with marketing, planning and sales departments
Co-creation of business presentations for clients and internal users
Preparing analyses of brand, product and customer performance
Preparing assortment and display recommendations in key channels and with selected clients
Daily assistance in carrying out team tasks
Ensuring high quality service to consumers, customers and many others!
Our expectations:
You speak English fluently (B2/C1)
Your availability is 35-40h/week.
You are a 3rd-5th year student of economics/analytical/marketing or related fields
You are proficient in using Excel
You can prepare presentations, e.g. in PowerPoint or Canva
You have great communication skills
You are willing and motivated to act
It’s easy for you to manage your own time and stick to a task plan
We do not require commercial experience

Recruitment process:

Stage III: Selected people will be invited to the Assessment Center in our office, dedicated to your chosen development path, which will last about 2-3 hours.
