Qurate Retail Group Global Business Services center in Cracow is a member of the Qurate family that offers world-class Finance, HR Services, IT and Software Engineering to Qurate team members in Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Our GBS center is an exceptional facility, with an efficient and remarkable design and culture.
Currently we are looking for:
Junior HR Services Specialist (2nd shift)
We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a “can do” attitude
  • Speak fluent English
  • Want to develop within the field of HR
  • Present excellent communication skills, ability to operate in international, matrix organization and consumer oriented attitude
  • Have the ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Are available to work from 3:00 PM to 11 PM (2nd shift) in a hybrid model, 3-5 times per month from the office location in Cracow
  • Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday and strong working knowledge of MS Office will be a strong asset
  • Experience using Case Management software is an asset
  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR or Customer Service will be an asset
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ questions about HR policies and processes, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
  • Guide employees through HR-related queries and issues, assisting with transactions and educating them on system specifics
  • Record and track all customer calls in Qurate Retail Group Global Business Services internal Case Management System and ensure proper resolution
  • Provide timely, courteous, and professional customer service for calls and emails, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
