Your scope of duties
- Definition and control of production parameters.
- Identifying problems and implementing preventive solutions.
- Modification and improvement of the production process.
- Creating, controlling and standardizing production process documentation (job instructions, Control Plans, procedures).
- Training of employees in job instructions and technological processes.
- Preparing reports and summaries of production indicators.
- Support for production and maintenance in solving technical problems.
- Creating reports related to production indicators.
Our expectations
- Higher technical education (management and production engineering, mechanics and machine construction, materials engineering, electricity, electrical engineering or related).
- Experience in a similar position, in a production environment – also as an intern.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, control plan, process flow diagram, problem solving tools (8D/5Why/etc.).
- Knowledge of production optimization techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, facilitating communication.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
