We are looking for an intern for Purchasing Team to support the team during Reiwa program implementation. Reiwa is a transformation program to build the new enterprise resource planning, (ERP) solution for our comnpany to design and implement a harmonized common business process across our company.
Your responsibilities
1. Supporting team members during Reiwa implementation
2. Managing whole P2P process which is:
- analyzing purchase requisitions in sap system
- placing orders to suppliers
- getting orders confirmations
- supervising deliveries to the factory once transport is on suppliers’ side as well as arranging transportation with central team
- managing quantity and prices difference between invoices and deliveries
Your background
- You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later.
- You know MS Office software; knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- You are proficient in English and Polish
- You have teamwork and collaboration skills.
- You are adaptable and focused on continuous learning
